Does the JTAG-SMT3-NC programmer come with a USB connector? There are a handful of charts across the Digilent documentation that say it does have an onboard USB connector. However, the images and the "-NC" part of the name indicate that it does not have a connector. Please advise and update the documentation, if applicable.
