Hello, I downloaded and installed the DAQami software. it will not open. I added the product to "MY PRODUCTS" page, I have the free key, I have signed in and created a minimum of 2 accounts and spent 22 minutes signing up for this forum because of all the security questions, pictures, and confirmations. DAQami still will not open. I click on it, the little picture shows up for a split second and goes away without opening. I have plugged my USB-231 in and it is not recognized as being attached. Again, for a split second it shows up, but goes away almost immediately. This is one of the most frustrating products I have ever encountered. Please help me set this thing up so I can use my load cells and move my project along.
