Xilinx VCU-118 And Digilent USB-2-JTAG IC failure

Hi everyone, I have had the same problem with my VCU118 board equipped with the same Digilent USB JTAG 2 NC FT232H module. @JColvin could you please send me a PM with instructions on how to reprogram the JTAG IC? Thanks in advance.
