Hello, 2 pieces of 410-395 were bought. Unfortunately one encountered a problem. Regardless of set voltage value, output of Ch2 is always 0.1 ~ 0.2 mV even though Waveform reads its proper value. Please refer to attached screen shot of this product info. Kindly let me know how to proceed or if this part should be returned? Best Regards, Usman Niazi
