Hi I am trying to order "DT9874 MEASURpoint DT9874-00T-00R-08V", the website says the voltage range is ±10 V, ±60 VDC (±30 VAC). could you please tell me what is the 10V means here? because I am looking for a USB measurement device that can carry 30V. Sorry i am a civil engineer, this might be a stupid question. Hi My USB 2408 can't carry an input voltage over 10V, but my input is 30V and can't go lower because of the standard. Could you please recommend a device that can carry 30V? THANK YOU!!!!

Thank you for the response, we also connect a 10 ohm resistor but seems like it can't reduce the voltage, would you mind recommending any similar USB Voltage Measurement USB DAQ Device which can carry 30V? thank you

Dear Staff I install the latest version of DAQami and my USB 2408 connected with 5 channels at the same time. The voltage recording worked properly in the first 6 hours, but after that, all results go down to zero. And this morning, the software showed the device not responding and the strip window can't show anything even a zero line, and the time doesn't go. (please see pictures) I realized the bottom lightbulb keep flashing when i connected the USB 2408 to the computer. Could you please confirm the DAQami and USB 2408 are capable to connect with over 2 channels and run over 2 days (the voltage for each channel is 30V)? Thank you for the help sir, i reinstall the latest version from your link, it works for the first five hours for five channels, but after five hours, all five channel results turned to zero from around 1.5v please see the picture. could you please help me with this issue? thank you! we are doing research and using DAQami to record the voltages through USB DAQ channel. The DAQAMI works well when we record 2 channels (30v each) at the same time.
