I ran a 1000 measurements on a known signal and the variation between readings was -/+ 2.5mV. We were told that the precision is better than 1 mV. Is there anything we need to do to calibrate the instrument? Is there a document that describes calibrations we can do using the UL library?

Thank you for the quick response. My main issue is that: No devices are detected, when I run the example script. My instrument is connected through USB that was provided in the box.

Hi guys,
I have a USB-1608G in the lab and I am trying to change the mode from differential to single mode(SE) and change the input voltage range per channel but in the DAQami GUI I see the channel mode grayed out and it says differential. When I go to the "Channels" tab the only option for the range is +-10V. I tried to connect through the python library "UL" by using the ul.get_daq_device_inverotry(InterfaceType.USB) but it returns empty. FYI the DAQ is connected through USB and I can talk to it through the DAQami GUI.
How to calibrate USB-1608G?

Alright, Thank you. That calibration worked well. I am wondering if there is a way to run that same calibration through python, aka through the UL module that is provided for python.
