[Analog Discovery 2 Not Configuring]

Hello,

I just received an Analog Discovery 2 and upon trying it out I got this error :

 

PLL not locked.

Unknown speed grade 0

FPGA-PLL not locked

USB: 5.06V 112mA AUX: 0.00V 0mA

Device:AD2 rev:3 cfg:2 WF:3.19.30beta

I already looked at : 

 

And many other posts...

Things I've tried :

- Reboot with AD connected and disconnected

- Changing cable

- Changing USB port

- Changing version (the WF version on the screenshot is beta but I've tried with latest stable)

- Changing OS (windows and linux (ubuntu Jammy) with the 2 different version

And finally I read about maybe not enough power threw USB so i plugged externad 5 volt on an ATX power supply (500W) and 

got the second capture (2222.png) showing that indead it was receiving external help...

still same errors...

I should also mention a green led is blinking arround twice per second as I try to calibrate the device and continues for a while...

I know these kind of problems regarding PLL seem quite common I couldn't find a post with the same exact errors and I'm out of ideas to try...
