How to increase current excitation in InstaCal?

Hello, I am using a USB Temp AI module and measuring a 2 wire (2 sensors) Thermistor on CH3-4. I noticed in InstaCal there is an option to modify the current excitation, but the drop down box is not accessible for me to change (see attached screenshot.) Is there a separate mode I need to be in to be able to change this value? Thanks for the help.
