RS485 to UART Convertor using PMODRS485

Hi, I need a way to communicate between a PIC microcontroller (UART) and another device(RS485). I am using PMod rs485 to convert between UART and RS485. Does the attached hardware connection and wiring look correct ? RS485 to UART converter.pdf
