  1. OOPS! I didnt have the USB connection made....now it seems like its working! THANK YOU!
  2. Thanks! I downloaded the vcredist_x86.exe file as you said, and ran it. Re-booted my computer too. Progress made. Now, I am seeing "data translation" available to me, but when I add an analog input module, that module still has no open layers boards installed. See screenshot below. So I opened my previously downloaded file "DataAcqOMNI_V7.8.9.zip" and tried to download "DT-open layers" from www.mccdaq.com/DT-OMNI-download but its still not working (not sure it really downloaded anything). What do I need to do next?
  3. Heres what Im seeing when I open Dasylab and try to add an input module. I dont have an option to select "Data Translation" Also, when I go to "measurement" and then "select driver", I have no driver available to add. Also, when I'm in the configurator, this is what I have selected.
  4. Thank you. I think Im having problems downloading the open layers device driver. When i try to download it, it doesnt seem to do anything - i think this may be my main problem right now. Not sure how to resolve it. Do certain web browsers block it?
  5. Im having trouble getting Dasylab2020 to work upon it's initial installation. When I try to run Dasylab2020, I dont get a green light on the DT9829 device. This is my main problem - I want to capture data with Dasylab and it's not working. However, Ive noticed that when I run QuickDAQ, I do get a green light from the DT9829 device, And Ive noticed that it will catpure the signal I am trying to measure. And note: when using Dasylab, under Modules, and under MCC-DRV, when I add an analog Input, I do not have the choice to select a USB style input. (The DT9829 is connected via a USB connection) I could use some advice on how to get Dasylab to collect data from the DT9829 device via the USB connection.
