We received the replacement for this request back in February. Unfortunately, we are still having issues on the part. When it went through inspection, per technician chanel 13 still stuck high. Could you please send me a new RMA? Thanks!

We received the shipment for our recent order of this USB but one piece is having issues when it through our inbound inspection. Essentially, it failed the inspection. Per out tech, channel 13 stuck high. Could I please request an RMA for the return and a replacement please? Thanks!
