I need to calibrate IOTech Tempscan/1000. The manual says to set bit 9 on rear dip switch in order to enable calibration mode, but my unit does not have the 9th bit. I do see a CAL jumper on the motherboard, but I am unclear how to configure it. See attached photo for the jumper. This is URGENT, we are down on mission critical application. Thx.
