How to read capacitance continuously and save data with time?

Hi all， I am using the impedance adaptor to test capacitance at fixed frequency. I know the waveform software can use in meter mode, but it only shows the readings. I cannot find a way to save the readings with time. Anyone knows how to do it? Thanks!
