  1. Hello, I would like to know if I can access an example of LabView code (project file) which can help me use the LabView software to communicate with PCIe-DIO96H board. I need to run an on-off bilge pump for a specific amount of time via PCIe-DIO96H using LabView software. It would be appreciated if you could send me a LabView project file which can do this task or some other examples which can help me develop a LabView template to perform the mentioned task. kind regards, Amirhossein
  2. Hello @Fausto, I just wanted to follow up on my previous question regarding the error I faced in MATLAB when I was running the code you sent. I would like to know if there could be found any solutions to this problem or it might be better to work on other options such as Labview software to communicate with PCIe-DIO96H. It should be noted that I need to communicate with PCIe-DIO96H in order to turn on and off 96 relays which are connected to pumps to get each pump running for a specific period of time Kind regards, Amirhossein
  3. Hello, I have already installed PCIe-DIO96H board on my computer and need to communicate with it via coding or a specific software. I recently noticed that 64-bit MATLAB Data Acquisition does not support this digital input/output board. It should be noted that I need to communicate with this board via coding or any other software in order to switch on and off a set of relays and the pumps connected to them for certain durations. Would you please let me know what is the best and easiest way to communicate with this board other than MATLAB Data Acquisition Toolbox? which software or programming language do you recommend for controlling PCIe-DIO96H? It would be appreciated if you could also send me the sample or supporting files or codes for the method you would suggest. Kind regards, Amirhossein
  4. Hello @Fausto, Thank you for your response. I am running the attached code in your previous message step by step to figure out how I should modify the code so that it can work for PCIe-DIO96H board. It seems that no "inventory" in line 24 is created, so when MATLAB compiler runs line 27 in the code, I am faced with this error: (Error using USB_1608FS_ML2018b Message: Index was outside the bounds of the array. Source: HelpLink: None) Would you please help me with resolving this issue? I am running the code with MATLAB R2022b and all the supporting software under "MCC DAQ Software" category on "https://www.mccdaq.com/Software-Downloads.aspx" are installed. Additionally, the board is detected and configured by InstaCal 6.73. Kind regards, Amirhossein ::
  5. Hello, I would like to know if "PCIe-DIO96H" is supported by MATLAB via "Data Acquisition" toolbox in MATLAB or not? I have made all required hardware connections for this board, and it is recognized by my computer, but when I run daqlist("mcc") in MATLAB, I am faced with "Not Recognized" and "Device currently not supported" in the description part. It should be noted that I have also downloaded and installed MCC support package in MATLAB and have configured the board with InstaCal with "Set All Up" in this software as well. Would you please let me know if there is a way I can make this board recognizable for MATLAB so I can communicate with it via data acquisition toolbox? Thanks, Amirhossein
  6. Hi @Fausto, Thank you so much for your reply. Can I use one of the below cables for connecting the molex end of the cable to a USB port on my computer to supply the power required for the board? Which of the below links can work? https://www.amazon.ca/4-Pin-Molex-Computer-Adaptor-Connector/dp/B07PR4T3S8/ref=sr_1_2?crid=9ROXHPQXOJ90&keywords=2+Pack+USB+to+4-Pin+Molex+Fan+Power+Cable%2C+5V+USB+Port+to+12V+Molex+Computer+PC+Fan+Adaptor+Connector+Cable+Cord+Wire&qid=1668464541&qu=eyJxc2MiOiIwLjc2IiwicXNhIjoiMC4wMCIsInFzcCI6IjAuMDAifQ%3D%3D&sprefix=2+pack+usb+to+4-pin+molex+fan+power+cable%2C+5v+usb+port+to+12v+molex+computer+pc+fan+adaptor+connector+cable+cord+wire%2Caps%2C87&sr=8-2 https://www.amazon.ca/PNGKNYOCN-Computer-Adapter-Toggle-2-Pack)/dp/B09F9YDV8S/ref=sr_1_14?crid=9ROXHPQXOJ90&keywords=2+Pack+USB+to+4-Pin+Molex+Fan+Power+Cable%2C+5V+USB+Port+to+12V+Molex+Computer+PC+Fan+Adaptor+Connector+Cable+Cord+Wire&qid=1668464541&qu=eyJxc2MiOiIwLjc2IiwicXNhIjoiMC4wMCIsInFzcCI6IjAuMDAifQ%3D%3D&sprefix=2+pack+usb+to+4-pin+molex+fan+power+cable%2C+5v+usb+port+to+12v+molex+computer+pc+fan+adaptor+connector+cable+cord+wire%2Caps%2C87&sr=8-14 Kind regards, Amirhossein
  7. Hello, I am using one of your products named "SSR-RACK48". I aim to install relays on this rack and then connect it to a "PCIE-DIO96H" already installed on the motherboard of my PC. There is a power cable in the package of this product ("SSR-RACK48") with molex connection on both ends. Would you please assist me with if I need to use this cable as long as the rack is connected to the "PCIE-DIO96H" via a C100FF-x cable? If so, would you please let me know where the other end of this cable (other than the end which should be connected to the rack itself) should be plugged in? an image of this cable is attached below. Kind regards, Amirhossein
  8. Hi John Thank you very much for your response. I ordered the first option you mentioned in your message (Molex to SATA), but I cannot find the right SATA port on the motherboard of my computer to plug it in. The ports specified by SATA on my motherboard are small (SATA 2 to 5 in the below image) and the SATA head of the cable cannot fit in. Would you please assist me with how I can plug this power cable to my computer and the whereabouts of the right SATA port on the motherboard? Do I need to purchase another cable or adapter? Kind regards, Amirhossein
  9. Hello, I have purchased a digital I/O board named "PCIe-DIO96H" from Measurement Computing Company and am trying to mount it on my computer. I went over the manual provided by this company, and I am not sure if I am using the right cable as the board’s external power connector. Could you please send me an image of the mentioned cable which should be plugged to one of the four-pin Molex power connectors on my computer? I was unable to find any cables in the box of PCIe-DIO96H, but there was on in the box of the SSR_RACK that I should use, the picture of which is attached below. Would you please let me know if this is the correct cable? If so, it is a bit long and I am not sure if there is enough space inside my computer case to fit the whole cable. Otherwise, this cable is missing in the package I have received, and it would be appreciated if you assist me on how I can receive it. Kind Regards, Amirhossein
