I see. I will use a 32 bit Windows XP OS. I will update you here if it works or not. Thank you!

Hi Jeffrey,
Thank you for your prompt response. Now I am indeed using a 64 bit Windows OS. Next I will change a 32 bit one. Another question is that if the PCI-DAS1000 works for Win 7? The User's Guides only say it works for Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
Thank you,

The PCI-DAS1000 uses an AMCC PCI controller that was designed for 32 bit operating systems. It will not install on a 64 bit Windows OS, further to that, it was not tested nor are there plans to test it on Windows 10.
As stated on the MCC product page (https://www.mccdaq.com/pci-data-acquisition/PCI-DAS1000.aspx), it is "Not recommended for new designs."

Hi,
I am trying to install the hardware “pci-das1000” on the computer Dell OptiPlex 7040 with a Windows 10 system. The user’s guides say that “the driver needed for this device is installed with the MCC DAQ software” (as shown in screenshot 1). However, after I installed the MCC DAQ software/driver, the computer still indicated that “no compatible drivers” (screenshot 2). The software Instacal also does not detect the “pci-das1000”.
