The Jtag was working well before it broke when debugging. I have tried both freedomStudio and Vivado tools to connect the board, but have following error messages jtag probe Using JTAG Error: JTAG scan chain interrogation failed: all ones Error: Check JTAG interface, timings, target power, etc. Error: Trying to use configured scan chain anyway...
