New user, just installed latest Vivado version, using Basys 3 board. Bitstream generates OK, Hardware Manager cannot find the board, board list apparently empty. Plugged in to JTAG, LED on, everything looks ready. I disabled the Norton firewall (no idea if that made sense). Windows 10 on Intel i5.
