    Dear Sir:

    This is Neil from Haleytech, the distributor in Taiwan.

    We have 2 customer feedback for LED failed on Basys 3.

    1. DB9ABDD purchased on 2023/6, [LD12] is always on

    2. DBB76C0 purchased on 2024/3, [LD6] is failed]
